Home for September does not offer refunds. However, if you receive your order damaged, please email us at info@homeforseptember.com and we will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions. If you find that you do not like the scent you ordered, we do accept exchanges on unused products only. You must contact us via email at info@homeforseptember.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. All customers are required to pay the shipping cost to return your item. Once we receive your unused item, we will replace it with a different product of equal value and ship it to you completely free of charge. Customers may only exchange the same order one time.
SHIPPING INFO
Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only to ensure heat-sensitive packages are not in transit over the weekend. You will recieve a confirmation email and tracking information when your package is shipped. We ship with USPS First Class or Priority Mail only. After processing time, orders are delivered within 2-3 business days.
