orders are shipped monday through wednesday only to ensure heat-sensitive packages are not in transit over the weekend. once your order is placed you will recieve a confirmation email and tracking information thereafter when it becomes avaible. we ship with USPS first class or priority mail only. in most cases, orders are delivered within 3 business days. please email us at email@example.com if your package was lost or stolen.
we do not offer refunds. however, if you receive your order damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.
If you find that you do not like the scent you ordered, we do accept exchanges on unused products only. you must contact us via email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. all customers are required to pay the shipping cost to return your item. once we receive your unused item, we will replace it with a different product of equal value and ship it to you completely free of charge. customers may only exchange the same order once.
we accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal or Wix.com. all payments are secured.
